(Senior/ Junior) Business Analyst (Bank)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system 
  • Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
  • Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status 
  • Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project 
  • Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.


Business Analyst / Data Analyst (MNC)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop reports and support ad-hoc data analysis.
  • Convert unstructured data into business information.
  • Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations.
  • Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis.
  • Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials.
  • Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs.


Project Management Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in the overall planning, execution, and monitoring of the project
  • Coordinate and oversee project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure timely completion
  • Support the project manager in preparing and maintaining project plans, risk assessments, and issue tracking
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their understanding and involvement in project progress and requirements
  • Monitor project progress and report key milestones, issues, and risks
  • Assist in budget control and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within the designated budget and timeframe
  • Support the project manager in managing and organizing project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports
  • Provide assistance in resolving project execution issues and conflicts

(Senior/ Junior) Business Analyst (Bank)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in IT or Finance related discipline
  • Detailed minded, team player, able to work under tight deadlines 
  • Working experience / internship in UAT or IT project work is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome 
  • Knowledge of Banking products a plus 
  • Excel, VBA and/or SQL skills a plus

Business Analyst / Data Analyst (MNC)

Requirement

  • Degree holder in business analytics, mathematics, computing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a data/business analyst, system analyst, or system support role.
  • Experience in system design and implementation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations.
  • Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint.
  • Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages.
  • Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, Sharepoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata.
  • A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data.

 

Project Management Officer

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in IT or Finance related discipline
  • Working experience / internship in IT project management is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Knowledge in banking industry and data center operations are preferred
  • Knowledge in project management software and tools are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
