Responsibilities:
- To provide technical support to operation team on day-to-day operation
- To support IT infrastructure related technology which includes, but not limited to, server virtualization, Storage Area Network, system monitoring, Network Firewall, Router, Switch, etc.
- Integrate the newly built network security infrastructure with Security Operation Centre (SOC) to ensure proper threat detection and responses
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related disciplines
- 3 years relevant working experiences or above
- Hands-on experience in implementation and support in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:
- Switching, Routing, Firewall & Wireless, especially familiar with Cisco
- IPS, network detection and response (NDR) appliances, firewall management platform, network taps, network threat analysis (NTAs) brokers, network packet brokers (NPBs), SSL decryption technology
- CCNA, CCNP, CISSP holder (or equivalent) will be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experiences will also be considered
