Job Descriptions:
- Serving existing clients and with over 1,500 contractors; and developing dormant clients
- Over 150,000 CVs database with sub second searching response
- Drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the recruitment process with various stakeholders, salary negotiation
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reporting to team head
- Establish innovative and effective talent sourcing strategies, to build the talent pipelines
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- 5-day work, with normal office working hours
Requirements:
- 360 degree consultant is a plus
- IT recruiting experience is a plus
- Exposure to Banking /Public sector is a plus
- Successful track record with solid customers contact and relationship building.
- Good knowledge of HK recruitment market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Recruiter
