Banking Business Analyst/ Project Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders to inform project scope and objectives

  • Work Closely with Front (Front Office) to Back Office (Settlement, Accounting) department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors

  • Prepare User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and coordinate overall UAT

  • Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/Or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal

  • Assist in project management and implementation.

  • Fresh talent will provide training


IT Business Analyst (Cyber Security)

Responsibilities:

  • Fresh talent will provide training
  • Provide project management assistance to Cyber Security PMO
  • Assist with procurement processes for cyber security service, tools and software.
  • Liaise and coordinate with other divisions of IT department and collect questionnaire responses from different divisions.
  • Assist in audit issue follow up status tracking as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline

  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance or a related discipline

  • Fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good team player, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility and willing to learn.

  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
    With Agile experience is an advantage.
