Job duties
1) Conduct regular network monitoring, log reviews, and alarm responses.
2) Diagnose and resolve fault calls per SLA requirements, and perform preventive maintenance and inventory checks.
3) Execute configuration changes and prepare incident and maintenance reports to support ongoing operations
Requirements
1) Holder of Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
2) Holder of CCNP or HCIP is a must
3) 3 years working experience in network support and operation
4) Onsite and on shift on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis
