Job duties
Senior Services Supervisor
1) With sufficient qualification and experience to become the Chief engineer
2) Same R&R of Services Supervisor normally
3)Acting the Chief engineer role during his / her leave
Services Supervisor
1) Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance activities such as bug fixes, firmware upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.
2) Monitor network performance, analyze security logs, and review capacity usage.
3) Lead and guide shift engineers to ensure service recovery and SLA compliance.
Senior Project Coordinator
1) Stay onsite with onsite team
2) Handle the Admin, HR, leaves, roaster, etc. issue of the onsite team
3) Handle the ACL review requests (except the ACL review technical part, they will be shared among senior services supervisor and service supervisor.
Requirements
1) Holder of Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
2) Holder of CCNP or HCIP is a must; at least 1 services supervisor is a CCIE / HCIE holder
3) At least 8 years working experience of relevant hands-on experience in network support and operations; at least 1 services supervisor shall demonstrate major vendor or specialist certification relevant to the supported environment
4) Onsite office hours (0900-1800, Mon-Fri excluding public holiday)
