Responsibilities:
- Collect user requirement analysis and feasibility study
- Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
- Provide production support to business users
- Provide end user trainings, UAT support
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Computer Science or IT related or Business Studies
- 1 – 2+ years related working experience
- Possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills, friendly and helpful in team-working environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
