enior Business Analyst / Product Manager
(Wealth Management, Financial Derivatives, Treasury & Global Markets, Middle Office, Algo Trading, AI)
Responsibilities
· Work with front office, risk, and operations teams to gather and document requirements.
· Support enhancements in trade capture, valuation, and lifecycle event processing.
· Collaborate with developers, QA, and vendors to deliver system improvements.
· Assist in user acceptance testing and rollout of new functionalities.
· Contribute to compliance and reporting initiatives under global regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business or related discipline.
· 3 to 8+ years work experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management (e.g., derivatives, fixed income, FX, or OTC products related areas, etc).
· Familiarity with derivatives product structures and trade lifecycle concepts.
· Experience with trading or risk platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Summit, etc) is an advantage but not essential.
· Strong analytical and documentation skills.
· Good communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
