Key responsibilities

Perform support daily card settlement, reconciliation, chargeback handling, fraud alert review, reporting and operational control activities

Manage lost card report (Credit card & ATM Card)

Perform checker function to review exception and maintain reports
-
Assist to gather relevant data and prepare monthly reports to review authorization performance

Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
About you
-
Degree holder or above in Business-related disciplines
-
At least 2 years' of work experience in card operations

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Proficient in MS Office applications
