Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager

(Financial Derivatives, Treasury & Global Markets, Back Office)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager to join a global bank. You will sit at back-office to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring relavant systems are aligned with trading, risk, and compliance needs, mainly responisble for supporting Financial Derivatives projects in the bank's Treasury & Global Markets team.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work with front office, risk, and operations teams to gather and document requirements.

  • Support enhancements in trade capture, valuation, and lifecycle event processing.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and vendors to deliver system improvements.

  • Assist in user acceptance testing and rollout of new functionalities.

  • Contribute to compliance and reporting initiatives under global regulatory frameworks.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business or related discipline.

  • > 3 to over 5 years of relavant work experience in financial services (e.g., derivatives, fixed income, FX, or OTC products related areas, etc).

  • Familiarity with derivatives product structures and trade lifecycle concepts.

  • Operational know‑how in cross‑asset trading / risk platforms, or with experience using Murex for trade processing, risk monitoring, and compliance reporting

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Good communication skills in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.
