Job nature:
(T26) The post is responsible for providing maintenance and support of the Departmental Homepage.

Responsibilities:
(T26) The post holder is required to: - conduct periodical review on the content of the Departmental Homepage to ensure conformance to W3C standards, such as WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) 2.2 Level AA; - liaise and coordinate with relevant parties in gathering user requirements, webpage development, testing and implementation arrangement; - perform daily content updates and monitor the operation of the Departmental Homepage; - assist IT project from initiation through completion and monitor contractors' deliverables; - play a key role in providing technical support and system administration for the Web Content Management System (WCMS); and - carry out maintenance activities of the Departmental Homepage.

Requirements:
The candidate should have: - professional experience in designing and developing innovative and creative websites; - in-depth technical knowledge of web standards, accessibility of websites and browser compatibility; - knowledge of responsive web design; - proficiency in technologies such as HTML 5, CSS, JQuery, JSON, XML, PHP, MariaDB etc.; - experiences on patching, customising and program deployment on the TeamSite WCMS; - hands-on experiences on web server, application server, Windows server and virtualisation platform; - knowledge on safeguard implementation related to Security Risk Assessment Audit (SRAA); and - experiences on vendor management, monitor deliverables, SA&D, SIT, UAT, load test, system rollout, system nursery, source code review.
