Job nature:
(T26) Support the Departmental Portal (DP) Programme, the New Open Source Departmental Portal (New_OSDP) and the Departmental Portal Hosting Service (DPHS)

Responsibilities:
(T26) To support the DP Programme, the New_OSDP and the DPHS, it is required to : - assist in the project administration tasks for the New_OSDP and DPHS projects; - provide technical support on New_OSDP to the other B/Ds user, including daily operation, advise on preparing the system technical specification for procurement and system setups; - provide system support on the DPHS to the other B/Ds users; - acquire hardware, software and services from vendors; - monitor vendor's performance, including commenting their deliverables; - co-ordinate with over 70 B/Ds for any New_OSDP new release; and - perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Working experience in Departmental Portal (DP) adopted in government B/Ds or similar authentication and authorization solution / technology adopted in non-government sector is required, experience in supporting New_OSDP is preferred.
