Job nature:
(T26) - To provide System Support for the Force.

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To support the Force's mission-critical systems and related hardware and software installation and configuration; - To provide 1st tier support on mission-critical mid-range systems on a roster basis if necessary; - To provide ad-hoc support and/or fire fighting for above systems; - To provide project post-implementation works; - To perform regular patching for the above systems during non-office hours; - To handle administration works such as documentation, equipment procurement, data center inventory, cabling, labelling, system heath checking, hardware/software maintenance; - To handle production incident timely; - To provide other services when required.

Requirements:
- Solid knowledge and experiences in implementation, performance tuning and troubleshooting of Linux/Windows/AIX; - Knowledge and experience in supporting SNMP monitoring and management solution; - Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills; - Good command of both written and spoken English are required; - Overtime work, irregular hours work and work on Sat/Sun are required when necessary; - Work in various location of HKPF is required; (Security vetting is required before candidate reports for duty)
