(T26) To provide assistance in ICT-related project development and implementation

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Direct the SuperApp (One Force App) project as project officer, supervising a team and providing strategic oversight of vendor performance, project governance, and delivery risk, while ensuring alignment with Force objectives and frontline operational needs
2. Ensure vendor deliverables for SuperApp meet users' requirements through UAT coordination, requirement validation, change management, etc
3. Lead the team to oversee maintenance, operation, and procurement of SMAP, SMAP Lite, and associated tracker devices, including drafting operation protocols and coordinating vendor support for incidents and updates
4. Manage procurement of IT equipment and maintain inventory records, including asset tracking, stock checks, and lifecycle management
5. Assist in NGCS project implementation and perform NGCS-related duties as assigned, including configuration, testing, and documentation support
6. Provide technical assistance and security advice for ICT projects under the NGCS Team, including risk assessment and compliance checks
7. Provide ad hoc and onsite support for various ICT solutions across the department
8. Maintain project documentation, monitor budgets, and support knowledge transfer/training for systems/apps under his/her purview, and
9. Any other duties as directed by SIPs of NGCS DPSB and above.

Requirements:
Security Vetting is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant IT field is preferable. CISA/CISSP/CISM is preferable.
