(T26) Provide Windows Desktop Support in Hong Kong Police Force1

Responsibilities:
(T26)
1. Assist in providing routine support to HKPF's desktop infrastructure including Windows Operating System (OS) and related hardware and software
2. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issue in Windows environment
3. Handle daily office administration and clerical support
4. Preform any other ad-hoc duties and special projects assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
1. Experience in supporting and maintenance of Windows Desktop and related hardware and software
2. Experience in Help desk call handling
3. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
4. Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Firefox, Chrome
5. Security vetting is required.
