(T26) - Implementation of Asset Management System (AMS)

Responsibilities:
(T26) - To lead the AMS technical team and report to the project director of the AMS implementation project; - To manage contractor(s) to provide system architectural design, integration with interfacing systems, data cleansing, conversion and migration services, and set up of various environments for the project; - To perform resource planning, allocation and cost control for the project; - To ensure project milestones and deliverables be completed on time and met the required quality standard; - To resolve technical issues and report project progress to project organization; and - To carry out any other associated duties as required.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 15 years of working experience in IT; - Must have at least 6 years of working experience in project management; - Working experience in Government is an advantage; - Working experience in data cleansing, conversion and migration is an advantage; - Working experience in enterprise asset management is an advantage; - Working experience in managing projects with user size more than 1,000 is an advantage; - Intensive exposure in written and spoken English in work; - Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; and - Strong analytical ability, people management skills and problem solving skills
