Job nature:
(T26) Development, maintenance and support of IT application systems in Hong Kong Housing Authority

Responsibilities:
(T26) - Supervise the team to provide application development, support and maintenance to various IT systems; - Lead and manage the team to provide technical support services to end users; - Lead the team to implement electronic submission of forms and e-services initiatives for the public; - Manage out-sourced contracts and oversee performance of service providers; - Prepare funding paper, prepare documents for procurement activities; and monitor the budget and expenditure; and - Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent; - Minimum 12 years of IT working experience with at least 4 years as Project Manager or similar capacity; - Solid experience in project management; - Solid experience in system implementation and maintenance; - Experienced in supervising the team and participating in user engagement; - Experienced in implementing e-Form services to the public is preferred; - Experienced in supporting e-Learning system is preferred; and - Experienced in managing Government projects is preferred.
