T-contract外判合約員工為香港政府各政策局/部門提供資訊科技服務。本人曾在此聘用條款及框架下擔任Analyst Programmer和Systems Analyst職位。工作內容主要參與系統設計、開發及維護，合共服務時間超過8年。

以下是我對t contract工作的整體感想：

1.政府是一個官僚、重視程序、對合規及風險規避要求非常高的地方。在關鍵基礎設施上，任何可能造成失誤的系統問題或錯誤操作也影響深遠，守尾門工作尤其重要和富挑戰性。當然，未必所有人都適合這種工作環境和文化。

2.工作上除了要有專門的IT知識及技術外，業務流程的知識、軟實力、溝通能力和人際互動技巧亦很重要。t contract合約員工的定位就是以技術專家及公務員助手身份去解決項目推行時遇到的困難。

3.我很慶幸和感恩工作上遇到很多啟發我和幫助我的上司、前輩及同事。同時也很幸運得到不少發揮所長的機會，參與多個電腦化政府服務及流程的項目。項目推出後成功提高政府部門的業務效率和內部審核能力。
