(Senior) Business Analyst / Project Officer (Fresh Graduate / Banking / Finance)

Responsibilities:

Lead dynamic requirement-gathering sessions, dive deep into business needs, and deliver innovative, best-practice solutions that make an impact.
Act as the key bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered.
Transform business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Actively support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Create engaging training materials and confidently deliver end-user training sessions.

Responsibilities:

Support and prepare IT project, infrastructure, and equipment budgets, project scopes, and implementation schedules with confidence and precision.
Leverage Excel effectively to manage budgeting, tracking, and cost analysis.
Create clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates and proposals.
Conduct due diligence on service contracts to ensure compliance and value.
Work closely with the Project Manager to organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and related documents.
Proactively assist in resolving project execution issues and coordinating solutions with stakeholders.

Degree holder in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (Fresh Graduates are also welcome!).
Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering meetings, collaborate on solutions, and resolve issues effectively.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive, proactive mindset.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related discipline.
Basic understanding or exposure to the banking industry and IT-related projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and committed to delivering quality work.
Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
