Responsibilities:
- To manage the planning and execution of IT projects;
- To coordinate with internal and external parties for the execution of projects;
- To chair regular progress review meeting and produce progress reports to keep management apprised of project status, risks and issues, and if applicable, seek management’s approval on project changes in respect to schedule, scope and resource;
- To ensure risks and issues are managed and escalated efficiently.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in IT project management
- Results oriented; strong track record of successful execution in large scale IT projects
- Familiar with IT procurement lifecycle, contract administration and vendor management
- Certificate on PMP and ITIL an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
- Candidate with less relevant experience and/or lower qualifications may be considered for the position of Project Coordinator.
