Responsibilities
- Perform daily settlement and corporate actions for cash equities including HK and US stock markets
- Handle the settlement and corporate actions for investment products, such as bond, ELN and ELI
- Assist in fund transfer between correspondent banks by creating instruction templates and generating correct pacs.009
- To optimize and streamline work flow
- Update internal guidelines and procedure manuals
- Perform any ad-hoc duty and project as assigned by the Team Head
Requirements
- Degree holder in related disciplines, such as finance, accounting or business, is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in securities operations is preferred, but fresh graduates will be considered if have sound knowledge of investment products
- Sound knowledge in HK and US stock markets is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
- Attention to details, responsible, independent and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
