Job Descriptions:

  • 5-day work, with normal office working hours
  • Assist the team to perform administration tasks
  • Clerical duties (data entry, updating excel reports, filing, issuing invoices)
  • Assist team daily activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor


Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 year working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel) 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Fresh Graduate are also welcome
  • Immediately available is preferred
