Responsibilities:
- Serve as internal consultant in IT department.
- Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs.
- Provide advice and support to users for incident troubleshooting.
- Review business processes to proceed related functional enhancements and setup standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal users to support project implementation and problem resolution.
- Undertake system analysis, design, testing, training and documentation.
- Manage system tests and implement necessary measurements for quality control.
- Handle system rollout and data migration process.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma, Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.
- Prefer knowledge in SAP / ERP.
- Knowledge in B1 is a plus.
