Job detail
- Technical support delivered by phone, email or remotely from the office. for Sunsynk Solar PV + Battery monitoring systems.
- Occasional on-site visits supporting Technical support issues.
- Providing technical telephone support for sunsynk products if the customer support team can’t address the issue.
- Keeping the customer support team updated on any cases you are dealing with in order to keep the end customer informed.
- To ensure any deficiencies in product performance or documentation is brought to the attention of the relevant personnel.
- Occasionally assist in product validation testing.
Skills Required
- Electrical Engineering Background
- A basic understanding of Electronics.
- Knowledge of renewable energy
- 1+ years’ experience in a technical support role.
