Key Tasks:
- Technical support delivered by phone, email or remotely from the office
- Keeping the customer support team updated on any cases you are dealing with in order to keep the end customer informed.
- To ensure any deficiencies in product performance or documentation is brought to the attention of the relevant personnel.
- Occasionally assist in product validation testing.
Skills Required
- Electrical Engineering / IT Background
- To be able to represent the company in a friendly and helpful manner, via telephone, email and in person.
- trouble-shooting skills, methodical and questioning approach to solving issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain to different level of people.
Desirable Skills:
- A basic understanding of Electronics.
- Knowledge of renewable energy
- 1+ years’ experience in a technical support role.
