Responsibilities:
- To effectively communicate with stakeholders to collect user
requirements about algorithm trading on FX, Precious Metal, Futures trading, Algo trading, asset classes
- To engage with vendors and users to propose recommendation and to
ensure functional design align with user requirements
- To coordinate user testing and participate in testing
- To assist the rectification of system errors and change requests with
users, vendors and in-house technical team.
- To prepare project documentation, such as requirement document,
process flows and procedures, progress reports, test plan, test cases, test reports and user manual.
- To support daily processes and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies, Information Technology, Finance or equivalent.
- Knowledge in FX, Precious Metal, Futures trading, Algo trading, risk, strategy and market data.
- Good interpersonal skills to work with end users, in-house development team and external vendors.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Experience as Financial Markets Business Analyst.
- Knowledge in Jira, KDB and qualification in CFA and FRM are preferred
