Job Responsibilities
Project implementation and system support
- Liaise with IT counterparts in Europe Head Office to deliver technical solutions
- Support and troubleshoot issues with system interface (SAP, SunSystem, Concur, etc.)
Perform IT administration and operation
- IT systems and network monitoring and maintenance
- Hardware and server room maintenance
- IT inventory and documentation maintenance
- Communicate with Europe Head Office to raise support requests and report incidents
- Compile guidelines and SOP for IT counterparts in regional offices
- Ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Helpdesk Support
- 1st level user support on Hong Kong and Turkey office.
- Backup IT support for other regional office.
Job Requirement
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related IT disciplines
- 5 years experience in user and IT systems support (O365, Windows OS, and Apple iOS)
- Experience in IT administration and networking
- Experience in project implementation and programming (MS Power Apps and Power Automate) is preferred
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
