Responsibilities: 

  • Installation / maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, IPT, VOIP, telephone system
  • Provide IT support and Help Desk activity 

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge on:
    1. MS platform including Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2016 / 2019
    1. Linux platform such as Redhat and ubuntu
    1. Cloud Platform such as Azure and AWS, MS AAD / AD, VMware, Veeam
    1. Firewall, Router, Switch, SAN, NAS, IP Phone
  • Responsible, self-motivated, flexible and with detailed mind
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
