  • Perform general reception duties including handling incoming calls, greeting in-coming clients and managing front desk in a professional manner.
  • Handle receipts, register, and sort various mails or delivery documents to ensure that relevant documents are delivered to their destinations on time and accurately;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Business Development team.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with 1-2  years related experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and work independently
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent customer servicing attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Immediate available is highly recommended
