Responsibilities:

 

  •    Support IT procurement project and process;
  •    Gather purchasing needs on hardware, software license and services with internal users;
  •    Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;
  •    Follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;
  •    Manage and evaluate performance of vendors;
  •    Prepare executive report in ms word format;
  •    Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.

Requirements:

  •   Degree holder
  •   Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to
  •    work under pressure;
  •    Good communication with overseas & local vendors;
  •    Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);
  •    Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
  •    Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
  •    Fresh graduate is welcome
