Job duties
- Handle customer calls for credit card and Live Chats for credit card and personal loan
- Maintain good customer service level and achieve pre-defined performance indicators
- Establish practical operation procedures to comply with Department's /Company's policy and guidelines as well as rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies
Requirements
- F.5 /DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the credit card/banking industry
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Proficient in Chinese typing (30 wpm)
- Shift duties is required (5-day shift)
