Job duties

  • Handle customer calls for credit card and Live Chats for credit card and personal loan
  • Maintain good customer service level and achieve pre-defined performance indicators 
  • Establish practical operation procedures to comply with Department's /Company's policy and guidelines as well as rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies

Requirements

  • F.5 /DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the credit card/banking industry 
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Proficient in Chinese typing (30 wpm) 
  • Shift duties is required (5-day shift)
