- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Product Roadmap: Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business goals and user needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
- User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Design Thinking: Facilitate design thinking workshops to gather insights and define user needs.
- Prototyping: Use Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize requirements and gather early feedback.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Product Testing: Participate in product testing to ensure features meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and processes.
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with design tools like Figma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices.
