(a) Plan, execute, and co-ordinate IT projects to ensure that the project is delivered in line with overarching programme direction and goals;
(b) Identify, manage and report on project schedule, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, to ensure quality delivery, within prescribed timeframes and cost parameters;
(c) Prepare project status reports and updates to stakeholders, including preparation of presentation material for Steering Committees;
(d) To prepare the document for IT service such as user manual, system test plan, evaluation report and other documents;
(e) Develop and maintain the web portal;
(f) To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor.
(a) Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent, awarded by a university in Hong Kong or by an overseas education institution to a Hong Kong
resident;
(b) To hold the professional project management certification (Prince2 Practitioner Certification, PMP or Certified Scrum Master) is preferable;
(c) Minimum 2 years of IT project coordination experience;
(d) Experience in working with FinTech, Blockchain or Government will be an advantage;
(e) Knowledge about IT project management, API service and web development are highly beneficial;
(f) Proven experience on agile project delivery and managing large-scale projects;
(g) Detailed knowledge of the following disciplines: Project Delivery Life Cycle, Change Management and Vendor Management;
(h) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
