Job Description

  • Provide on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
  • Investigate system issues or incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution
  • Prepare, set up and support hardware & applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
  • Regular check and update of system inventory and configuration according to the change in system maintenance
  • Work with the infrastructure team to ensure the system & applications are running with the expected environment setup
  • Liaison with the service provider to support system integration test (SIT) in the testing environment and to support maintenance in the production environment

 

 

Requirement

  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in application support and troubleshooting
  • At least 2 years experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of various operating systems and networking technologies
  • Experience in providing on-site support and working with service providers is highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
