Project Management Officer/ Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify, manage and report on project schedule, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, to ensure quality delivery, within prescribed timeframes and cost parameters;
- Prepare project status reports and updates to stakeholders, including preparation of presentation material for Steering Committees;
- To prepare the document for IT service such as user manual, system test plan, evaluation report and other documents;
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the development of banking system
- Prepare, validate and follow up test cases in UAT
- Prepare reporting materials for the testing results and project status
- Cooperate and communicate with developers and business users throughout the project
- Senior staffs will be responsible to other tasks including Business Requirement gathering, Functional Specification preparation, vendor management, liaison with technical staffs, etc.
Project Management Officer/ Project Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in IT or Finance related discipline
- Detailed minded, team player, able to work under tight deadlines
- 3 years Working experience in UAT or IT project work is preferred
