Payroll Clerk
Job Descriptions:
- 5-day work, bank holiday, with normal office working hours
- Perform monthly payroll calculations
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Some knowledge on HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Clerical duties (data entry, updating excel reports, filing, issuing invoices)
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

- 1 year working experience
- Experience in end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing
- Good in Excel and sensitive to numbers
- Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- A quick learner & good team player
- Immediately available is preferred
