Responsibilities:

 

  •                 Handle all aspects of the procurement process;
  •                 Gather purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users;
  •                 Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc;
  •                 Follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management;
  •                 Manage and evaluate performance of vendors;
  •                 Prepare executive reports;
  •                 Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.

Requirements:

 

  •                 Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or related discipline;
  •                 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Procurement;
  •                 Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to work under pressure;
  •                 Good communication with overseas & local vendors;
  •                 Good writing skills (both Chinese & English);
  •                 Good knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing;
  •                 Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation;
