Data Analyst / Business Analyst (MNC/ Bank) (Power BI SQL Python Tableau)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop reports and support ad-hoc data analysis.
Convert unstructured data into business information.
Collect data from various sources, structure unstructured data, and transform it into meaningful business information.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and propose visualizations.
Understand business processes, source systems, and connect them for analysis.
Develop documentation, PowerPoint presentations, and user training materials.
Support regular generation of standard reports and scheduled jobs.

Contract Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

With data analysis / business intelligence background (using Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, hyperion, Cognos and etc)
With concrete and solid knowledge in SQL and excel, with experience in applying Tableau application would be an advantage
With concrete and solid experience in project management would be an advantage
2 years or above working experience in information technology or data management in the banking or other industries.
Actively learn new ideas, new models, new technologies and new systems

(Senior/Junior) Business Analyst (Bank)

Responsibility:

Perform business and user requirement analysis in banking industry in particular to Corporate Custody sector is a plus.
Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented.
Experience in transforming users needs into user story using JIRA and Confluence or functional specification.
Experience in creating detailed documentation including process flows and use cases scenarios.
Collaborate with tech team to design solutions based on user story details and acceptance criteria.
Formulate test plans, conduct SIT, UAT and regression test.
Provide strong support to business users.
Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems.
Manage project budget and procurement process.

Degree holder in business analytics, mathematics, computing, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years in a data/business analyst, system analyst, or system support role.
Experience in system design and implementation, and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented approach.
Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Strong common sense and business acumen.
Ability to analyze data statistically, present key findings, and articulate recommendations.
Capability to transform data into business insights using storytelling techniques and visualization tools like PowerPoint.
Creativity in designing and implementing data visualization pages.
Profound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Python, VBA, BI tools, RPA, Sharepoint, O365 apps, database design, and metadata.
A solid understanding of business processes and the interdependencies of data.

Contract Data Analyst

Requirements:

Strong analytical capabilities with logical and creative thinking mindset
Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese (including Putonghua) and English; highly-skilled in SQL, familiar with Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal relationship and communication skill with team spirit

(Senior/Junior) Business Analyst (Bank)

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis for Senior
Less experience will be considered as Business Analyst / Junior Business Analyst
Familiar with system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
