Network Engineer


Responsibilities:

  • Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, Website, user application system, system software and hardware

  • Provide on call support for production incidents and perform shift duties as required




System Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • assist IT Specialist in site preparation, system and network design, installation, acceptance, and documentation

  • Installation / maintenance of IT infrastructure, servers, telephone system

  • Provide IT support and Help Desk activity .

  • Administration and operations for hardware, software and network

  • troubleshooting and other support for project success




Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support to IT groups and users.

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations and Windows desktop software.

  • Participate in IT projects and implementation.

  • Manage hardware/software inventory and documentation.

  • Work in both office and warehouse environments.

  • Interface with vendors for hardware/software repairs.

Network Engineer


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Switch, Router, WiFi Controller, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN Storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment

  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in network administration and support

  • Degree Holder in IT or related disciplines, Non-degree Holder is also considered

  • Excellent command of written English

  • 5 working days

  • Those with less experience may be considered


System Engineer


Requirements:

  • Degree or above in computer science or equivalent.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience .

  • MS platform including Windows 10 / 11 and Windows Server 2016 / 2019

  • Knowledge of Linux platform such as Redhat and ubuntu will be a plus.

  • Cloud Platform such as Azure and AWS, MS AAD / AD, VMware, Veeam

  • Knowledge of Firewall, Router, Switch, SAN, NAS, IP Phone will be a plus.

  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.



Desktop Support Engineer


Requirements:

  • Experience in providing IT support and maintenance.

  • Familiarity with workstation setup and software installation.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience .

  • Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
