Job descriptions
1) Provide overall IT and GIS support (in particular public transport data, real-time traffic data and traffic news) for carrying out system planning, design, development, operation; and maintenance of HKeM mobile application, web site, interface to TIMS ePress, PIS, etc.;
2) Carry out acceptance testing on new enhancement items to apps and websites
3) Provide GIS/IT support in updating data in DATA.GOV.HK and CSDI, and real-time parking vacancy data input by car park operator; and
4) Assist in project management and supervision of contractors on updating HKeM mobile application, website and development of PIS.
Requirements
1) Experience on Geographic Information System and IT application development and management;
2) Experience on developing of mobile application on iOS or Android platform applied with GIS technology;
3) Experience in MS SQL, web programming and working experience in government;
4) Experience in support of mobile application;
5) Good communication skills; and
6) Good in Chinese and English writing skills.
