Project nature: 

  • Participate, monitor and support digital transformation in EMSD with leading-edge technologies, including Semantic AI development projects, integrated Building Management projects, and energy saving projects;
  • Participate, design, support, test and document all the processes within the software development life cycle and work with multiple units in department to meet internal IT guideline, DPO & EMSD standard during different stages;
  • Monitor and support multiple IT systems and its services, including integrated Building Management System (iBMS), Digital Document System (DDS), Digital Operation & Maintenance System (DOMS), EMSD AI Platform, EMSD Big Data Platform, Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC) TV Wall, etc.


Job description 
  •  Perform the tasks of coding, testing and deployment of application programs with AI technologies;
  •  Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, testing/pre-production environment, perform Unit Test, System Integration Test, UAT;
  •  Perform system health check, Root Cause Analysis, Problem and Issues Reporting. System Implementation of proof-of-concepts, technical studies and related projects;
  •  To participate in pilot testing and studies of applicable new technologies running on different platforms and/or software stacks;
  •  Prepare user manual and technical specifications;
  •  To work with contractor to manage project progress and ensure the quality of deliverables;
  •  Perform any related tasks as assigned by Engineer(s), Senior Staff(s), Supervisor(s) and its representative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
  • Must have experience in Web Programming and familiar with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Solid experience in feasibility study, system analysis & design;
  • Solid experience in collecting and consolidating user requirements and turn them into structural system specifications;
  • Solid Python Programming skills with experience, using machine learning kits such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy is a must;
  • Good coordination skills is a must;
  • Possess any certificate related to Data Science;
  • Solid experience in SQL and NoSQL databases management (MongoDB, MS SQL, and MySQL);
  • Basic machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis skills is a plus;
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a collaborative environment;
  • Creative, self-initiative, responsible, well-organized, and work independently on complex tasks.
