System Engineer (Database)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance, SQL tuning, database problem determination and solving

• Assist in installation and configuration of DB Server

• Assist in database implementation, backup and restore, data migration and replication activities 

• Work with security and system administrators to handle security, performance and stability issues

IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end users through various channels.

• Troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software issues.

• Assist with a range of devices, including computers and mobile devices.

• Support users with data management and recovery.

• Address IT concerns for management and VIP users.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage IT systems infrastructure.

• Ensure system reliability and disaster recovery.

• Document project details and manage system operations.

Network Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and set up network infrastructure.

• Manage vendor relationships and project tasks.

• Lead a team in completing network projects.

• Support network operations post-deployment.

Data Centre Operator 

• Perform 24 x 7 shift duties in data centres;
• Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective or
  recovery actions;
• Problem reporting, incident handling, and message dissemination.
• Perform access control for visitors of data centre by verifying their authorization in the access control
  system;
• Monitor the physical security in data centre by means of digital video recording system and perform
  routine physical security checking and take corrective or preventive actions as appropriate;
• Monitor the availability and performance of environmental facilities in data centre and take corrective
  or preventive actions as appropriate in accordance with incident and problem management procedures;
• Prepare data centre facilities maintenance schedule; monitor progress; take rectifying/recovery action in
  case of exception;
• Site preparation work;
• Assist maintenance of records and documentation, compilation of management statistics and reports; and
• Escort and monitor any other personnel working in the data centres.

System Engineer (Database)

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Oracle/MYSQL/DynamoDB/PostgreSQL database administration

• Technical knowledge in Windows and Linux server

• Have knowledge on database backup and restore solution design

• Strong willingness to learn and to implement new technologies

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Database Administrator

IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology or a related field.

• 2 years+ Relevant IT experience preferred.

• IT certifications are a plus.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Systems Engineer

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.

• 3 years experience.

• IT experience in systems management.

• Familiarity with various technologies.

• Experience in VMWare and Red Hat Linux, Oracle Linux, Windows Server is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.

Network Specialist

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.

• Extensive experience in network infrastructure.

• Certification of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
