The AI Automation Project Manager will lead and manage AI and automation initiatives across various business units. This includes overseeing the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring that projects meet business goals and technical requirements. The PM will also work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of AI/automation projects.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI/automation, digital transformation, or IT projects
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/automation projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of AI and automation concepts.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of IT systems, data analytics, and business processes.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage risks and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
