Our client is a large corporation seeking System Analyst to join their team.
⦁ Responsible for technical solution design on Council’s enterprise services and business solution projects
⦁ Ensure IT projects conforming to the Council's technical baseline, best practice, and architectural roadmap
⦁ Liaise between in-house and vendors’ stakeholders on the data and application integration design and timeline
⦁ Identify and evaluate on different solutions and technology selections for various projects
⦁ Perform review and quality assurance on implemented architecture and application meeting the architectural and business requirements
⦁ Establish a close partnership with business users and bridge the gap between business and technology
⦁ Responsible for change requests on applications to meet new business needs
⦁ Responsible for on-going support on applications, provide technical support, problem analysis, and propose solution
⦁ Assist in system and database administration
⦁ University degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
⦁ Over 5-years experience in system support and application development
⦁ Experience in application development using Oracle PL/SQL, T-SQL, .NET, JavaScript (Angular / React SPA), GLS, K2 Five workflow, GitLab CI, RESTful API, DevOPs and Linux experience is an advantage
⦁ Able to perform feasibility study, analysis with minimal supervision. Self-motivated and able to work independently
⦁ Good at troubleshooting with strong analytical ability
⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
⦁ Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
