Business Analyst/ IT Project Officer/ Project Executive (FG Welcome!)

What You’ll Do:

Gather user requirement for IT projects.
Take charge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for exciting system development projects.
Dive into preparing, validating, and driving test cases through UAT with precision.
Team up closely with developers and business users — communication is key to success here!
For senior: step up to gather business requirements, craft functional specs, and manage vendor relationships.

Your Mission:

Be the driving force behind IT Projects and keep IT Operations running smoothly.
Keep the conversation flowing! Connect with internal and external stakeholders to make sure everyone’s on the same page and fully engaged.
Track project progress like a pro — flagging key milestones, spotting issues early, and managing risks like a champ.
Team up with the project manager to organize all the important docs — from meeting minutes to detailed reports.
Jump in to tackle any roadblocks or conflicts that pop up during project execution and keep things moving forward.

What You’ll Own:

Drive project success by planning and breaking down projects into clear, manageable milestones.
Be the bridge between internal users and external vendors—aligning requirements and steering projects to the finish line.
Craft detailed user stories and UAT plans, then lead the charge in User Acceptance Testing with confidence.
Keep a sharp eye on project progress, swiftly tackle issues, and keep the Project Team and clients fully in the loop.
Take charge of all project admin — from agendas and meeting minutes to polished reports that keep everything on track.

What You Bring:

Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field — your foundation for success.
