Responsibilities:

1. Design high-quality interface prototypes and wireframes using Figma  
  - Create low-to-high fidelity page designs and collaborate with engineers to ensure deliverability.  
  - Ensure design consistency and reusability.  

2. Participate in user research and requirements exploration (1-on-1 user interviews)  
  - Conduct interviews with front-line staff and internal users to uncover business and user pain points.  
  - Observe and document actual operational processes to support journey mapping creation.  

3. Lead usability testing  
  - Design test scripts and scenarios, and invite users to test prototypes.  
  - Analyze test results and propose improvement suggestions.  

4. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration  
  - Work with business representatives (e.g., PMs, BAs) to clarify processes and logic.  
  - Understand technical constraints and collaborate with IT teams to develop feasible solutions.  

5. Propose user-centered design solutions  
  - Based on research, interviews, and business needs, propose creative and practical design recommendations.  
  - Rapidly iterate design solutions to align with agile development processes.  

6. Participate in all stages of the product design process  
  - From requirement discovery, concept design, prototype creation, to final delivery, maintain engagement and drive progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or similar).

  • Expertise in creating intuitive interfaces, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric UI designs.

  • Experienced with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) and Figma.

  • Proven knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

  • Proficient in user research methodologies (e.g., interviews, surveys, and usability testing) to prioritize user needs.

  • Experienced in conducting usability tests and integrating feedback into iterative design processes.

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile development environments is preferred.

  • Strong sense of ownership, with pride in your contributions and designs.

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
