Job description

  • Handle all the inbound and outbound calls / emails for clients in call center setting and follow up the cases according to the procedures set

  • Assist to handle complaints

  • Maintain customer log in relative systems

  • Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target

  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

Recruitments

  • Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines

  • Good customer service and communication skill

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Mandarin)

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Willing to perform shift duties

  • Fresh graduates are also welcome

  • Immediate available would be an advantage
