Job description
-
Handle all the inbound and outbound calls / emails for clients in call center setting and follow up the cases according to the procedures set

Assist to handle complaints

Maintain customer log in relative systems

Assist to provide the highest level of customer care service to achieve Company requirements & business target

Support ad-hoc projects as assigned
Recruitments

Associate Degree holder or above in any disciplines

Good customer service and communication skill

Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese (including Mandarin)

Proficient in MS Office applications

Willing to perform shift duties
