Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis for ongoing digital banking system development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Gather & analyse business requirements, perform impact assessments for change requests and system enhancements, ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) standards.

  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams to resolve production incidents, manage deployment schedules and address post-release issues efficiently.

  • Manage system testing, including test planning, test case preparation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and sign-off, to ensure system changes are delivered with quality and minimal production impact.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree holder in an IT or Computer Science-related major

  • Over 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the banking or finance sector

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
