Responsibilities:
· Perform and facilitate user requirement gathering, analyze user requirements and recommend best practice solutions
· Liaise among users and the technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
· Translate requirements into technical specifications
· Provide support to system integration test and UAT
· Prepare training materials and conduct end user training
Requirements:
· Degree holder with major in Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
· 1 - 5 years+ for Business Analyst.
· Solid experience in running meetings for gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions and resolving issues.
· Organized, self-starting and producing accurate works
· Good communications and presentation skills
· Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
· With Banking or IT Project will be more advantage
