Key responsibilities:
— Conduct business analysis to drive out solutions based on project objectives, including system automation, workflow streamlining, change management.
— Monitoring projects progress and discussing future steps, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for project meetings and tasks follow up.
— To maintain crucial project documents such as business analysis report/assessment, project plan/charter etc.).
— Cross-Team support and participating in ah-hoc projects / tasks.
Requirements:
— Degree holder or above.
— 2 years or above banking operations experience is preferred.
— Strong communication skills and risk control mindset.
— Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
— Ability to manage multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
— Positive attitude and well-disciplined.
